PAYMENT TERMS
New customers are required to pay by credit card at checkout. Established customers approved for the AmeriPAK Preferred Customer program may place orders under their company's billing terms. Contact us to apply.
MINIMUM ORDERS
There is no minimum dollar amount required to place an order — you may order as little as one item. Note that individual items may carry a minimum quantity/bundle requirement. Freight charges apply to all orders.
TAX EXEMPT STATUS
AmeriPAK is required to collect sales tax for orders shipped to Connecticut and Massachusetts. If your purchase is tax exempt, please contact us to complete the required documentation prior to placing your order.
PURCHASE ORDER NUMBERS
You may include a PO number when checking out. Enter it in the Purchase Order field on the Checkout page for reference on your order acknowledgment and invoice.
CUSTOM & VOLUME PRICING
Volume orders may qualify for discounted pricing. Contact us for a preferred customer price quote tailored to your order needs.
ORDER FULLFILLMENT & DELIVERY
Once your online order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. A representative will then verify your order details and send a Sales Order acknowledgment. Orders typically ship within 24 hours of that acknowledgment, subject to stock availability. If an item is on backorder, a service rep will contact you before proceeding. Orders placed after hours are processed the following business day.
UPS COLLECT ACCOUNTS
To ship using your own UPS account number, include your COLLECT account number and any relevant instructions in the Order Comments field at checkout.
