Tensilized Polypropylene Strapping Tape

Industrial Strapping Tape

This tape utilizes mono-oriented tensilized polypropylene for light duty strapping, palletizing and bundling.

  • Tempature resistant to 160 degrees F.
  • Adhesion to steel 55 ounces per inch.
  • 2.7 Mil

Tesa - 4288

An extremely stable, medium duty polypropylene strapping tape with a natural rubber adhesive system.  It exhibits high tensile strength with low elongation at the same time.

  • Product is highly heat- and cold-resistant.
  • Due to the black backing extremely resistant to UV-light.
  • Adhesion to steel 5 N/cm.
  • Elongation at break 35%.
  • 4.1 Mil

3M 860 Tartan Strapping Tape

Black, polypropylene backing with adhesive formulated to provide good adhesion to metallic, plastic, fiberboard and painted surfaces.  Provides abrasion, moisture and scuff resistance

3M 8898 Scoth Strapping Tape

Blue, tensilized polypropylene backing with stiffness for handling ease and is good for bundling.  Adhesive bonds firmly to many plastics, but does not leave a residue when removed.  Clean removal holding is perfect for securing movable parts of electronics and appliances.
