How do I browse products online?
Click on the images and/or links to drill down into the sub-categories until you reach the product(s) you are looking for. To return to the previous page, just click your browser's back arrow button OR click on the category links at the top of the page. Click on the Products button to return to the Product home page. If you're not sure what category or sub-category your product is in, you can use our search tool to enter the product name, SKU, keyword or brand.
How do I add products to my cart?
You have two opportunities to add products to your cart. On the product sub-category page, you can enter the quantity for multiple items, then scroll down and click the "Add to Cart" button. You can also click further to open the item detail for one product and select the "Add Item" button from the detail page.
Do I need to register with the web site to place an order?
No, but you do need to provide all of the information required in the checkout process to place your order. You can create an account from clicking the "My Account" button, or from the Cart page click "Create New Account". By creating an account, our system saves your information for return visits and pre-fills your contact information during checkout.
How do I place an order?
Once you have added all of your items to the Shopping Cart, click on the "Checkout" button. This will bring you into the AmeriPAK Secure checkout. In the secure checkout process you will be required to enter in your Shipping Address, Billing Address, Shipping Method and Payment Information. You will review your order on the Finalize Checkout page, then you must click on the "Place Order" button to submit your order. You will then receive an instant notification that your order was submitted. A final email from AmeriPAK will follow, confirming all items and your shipping cost.
Can I make changes to my order?
During the checkout process you can use your browser's back arrow button to return to previous pages and make changes. You can also make changes from the review order page. Once you have Placed your Order and see your returned Confirmation page, you will need to call us to make changes at 1-877-725-7879.
How do I become a Preferred Customer and receive discounted pricing?
Go to our Contact Us page and complete the online form, then a sales representative will contact you to discuss your needs.
After I place my order how long will it take to receive the products?
Depending on stock availability, your order will ship within 1-5 business days.
Do you have a minimum order size?
No, you may order as little as one item. However, one item may have a minimum quantity requirement. Freight charges will apply.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express credit cards.
